Baltimore Alloy is a Baltimore-based stainless steel fabrication shop built around the specific demands of sanitary process equipment — for food and beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.                        

We're not a generalist shop. We built this operation around stainless because that's where we do our best work: the   tolerances, the surface finish requirements, the welding standards, the compliance expectations. We know what's at  stake when equipment goes into a production line.

We work with clients from the earliest stages of a project through completed fabrication — consulting, CAD design, and engineering input before a single piece of steel gets cut, then building it to spec in our shop.

If you're planning a new line or retrofitting an existing process, we can help you think through the design before you're committed to a direction. Custom conveyors, chutes, hoppers, process piping, tanks, frames — equipment that has to fit your operation exactly and perform without question.

Our shop is equipped to handle stainless steel from sheet to finished product. Precision laser cutting on a 4000W Trumpf sheet laser. Precision bending and forming on dual Amada press brakes. Orbital and TIG welding for sanitary joints that meet the standards food and pharmaceutical production demands. Full CNC milling and turning capability in-house.    

Every project is handled with direct ownership from start to finish. The people making decisions on your project are the people building it.

Our work is installed in FDA and USDA compliant food processing facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
