# End User License Agreement — BA Ops
**Effective date: August 24, 2026**
This End User License Agreement applies to BA Ops, an internal software application owned and operated by Baltimore Alloy LLC, Baltimore, Maryland.
## 1. Internal use only
BA Ops is proprietary software of Baltimore Alloy LLC. It is developed and operated exclusively for Baltimore Alloy's own internal business use. It is not sold, distributed, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to the public or to any third party. Use of BA Ops is limited to personnel authorized by Baltimore Alloy LLC.
## 2. License
Baltimore Alloy LLC grants its authorized personnel a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use BA Ops solely for Baltimore Alloy business purposes. No other rights are granted.
## 3. Third-party services
BA Ops connects to third-party services, including the Intuit QuickBooks Online API. Use of those services is subject to the applicable third-party terms, including the Intuit Developer Terms of Service. BA Ops accesses only QuickBooks Online company files owned by Baltimore Alloy LLC, with authorization granted by Baltimore Alloy LLC.
## 4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in BA Ops, including its code, design, and documentation, remain with Baltimore Alloy LLC.
## 5. No warranty
BA Ops is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
## 6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baltimore Alloy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of BA Ops.
## 7. Termination
Baltimore Alloy LLC may suspend or terminate access to BA Ops at any time.
## 8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
