# Privacy Policy — BA Ops

BA Ops is an internal software application owned and operated by Baltimore Alloy LLC, Baltimore, Maryland. It is used solely by Baltimore Alloy LLC to manage its own business operations, including connecting to Baltimore Alloy's own QuickBooks Online company files through Intuit's developer platform.

## What BA Ops is and who uses it

BA Ops is not offered to the public. It is not distributed, sold, or licensed to any third party. The only data it touches is Baltimore Alloy's own business data, and the only users are authorized Baltimore Alloy personnel.

## Information the application accesses

Through the QuickBooks Online API, BA Ops accesses accounting records belonging to Baltimore Alloy LLC, such as invoices, estimates, bills, purchases, customers, vendors, accounts, and financial reports. This is our own company data. BA Ops does not collect personal information from members of the public, and it does not track, profile, or advertise to anyone.

## How information is used

Data accessed by BA Ops is used only for Baltimore Alloy's internal business purposes: bookkeeping, job tracking, quoting, invoicing, purchasing, and financial reporting.

## Sharing

We do not sell data. We do not share data accessed by BA Ops with third parties, except (1) service providers we use to operate our own systems, such as hosting infrastructure, (2) our own professional advisors, such as our accountant, and (3) where disclosure is required by law.

## Security

API credentials and tokens are stored on company-controlled systems with access limited to authorized personnel. Connections to Intuit services use encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS).

## Data retention

Business records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Access tokens are retained only as long as needed to operate the application and can be revoked at any time through Intuit's connection management.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
